Attorney General Record

As Texas' 51st Attorney General, Paxton sued the Biden administration over 100 times, standing up against open borders policies, government overreach, attacks on the Second Amendment, and the far-left's radical agenda.

His legal victories were so significant that even CNN had to admit defeat, calling Texas "a legal graveyard for Biden policies."

Earlier Career

During the Obama administration, Paxton led the charge to defend Texas' state sovereignty and religious liberties from federal overreach. Before becoming Attorney General, he served in the Texas House and Senate, consistently ranked among the most conservative lawmakers.

Education & Professional Experience

Ken earned his B.A. from Baylor University, where he served as student body president, followed by an M.B.A. from Baylor and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Before entering public service, he spent 14 years building his own law firm in McKinney, Texas.

Family

Ken is a proud father to four incredible children — Tucker, Abby, Mattie, and Katie — and a grandfather to five wonderful grandchildren. His father was an Air Force veteran.
